It's no
secret that lots of organizations are being hit hard by the economic crisis. Las
Vegas MagicAL Entertainment has developed a revolutionary fund-raising
program to help qualified organizations and groups raise the $$$ they need for vital programs.
Unfortunately, due to the massive amount of effort we expend in working towards this goal, we can help only a limited number of organizations this year. If you qualify, here's the basics of how our program can work for your school:
1) You choose the type of entertainment event you'd like to host. Choose from The Amazing MagicAL Gospel Program, Family Friendly Comedy Magic Show, Educational/Motivational Program, Talent Showcase, Variety Show...or any one of a variety of other family friendly entertainment options.
2) You choose a date and time for the event.
3) You provide the venue for the event.
4) You determine how much your organization can (or would like to) contribute in terms of man-hours towards additional "piggy back" fund-raising options. (Just a couple of volunteers for a couple of hours on the day of the event is all that's really required!)
We've got two dozen ideas for piggy back fund-raising options to compliment your event, but only if you want to include them. Sure the piggy back methods do require some volunteer involvement, but the more involvement, the bigger your check is at the end of the day!
5) Distribute as many FREE event tickets as possible to members, guests, friends (and even the public at large) and we'll take care of converting those free tickets into $$$ for your organization.
Once you've determined the type of program you'd like to sponsor, the location, date and time for the event and how much you have to contribute in the way of "man-hours" towards the event, we'll take it from there!
That's Right! No selling tickets. No taking orders. No collecting $$$. We'll handle the details while you sweep the floors, set up the chairs and prepare for a fund-raising event like you've never experienced before!
We don't do hundreds of fund-raising events each year. We don't have a "one size fits all" out of the box program. We tailor each fund-raising event to the wants, needs and desires of every organization we work with. We can't work with everyone. We WILL work with those groups who have a sincere desire to put forth a little bit of effort to create not only a fun-filled family entertainment event, but also put a bunch of $$$ in their operating budget.
